Hi  friends, I am going to share a healthy paleo breakfast recipe. This recipe contain Shrimp and Avocado Omelet. These omelets are important for both children and adults. The avocado and shrimp omelet is very much perfect for daily paleo breakfast. It is a good breakfast done in a easy way. The term shrimp plays important role in these omelets. It increases the taste of omelet. Here are also used avocado that is one kind of fruit. Both shrimp and avocado are tasty and healthy ingredients. The other ingredients like eggs, tomato, cilantro also contains vitamins and minerals. So, we can tell that the avocado and shrimp omelet is very helpful for our body. All ingredients you can get your neighbor shop. You can make these breakfast at a quick time and easy way that we discuss below. It may take about 20-25 minutes to cook this paleo breakfast.  We should always careful about the contents of ingredients.

 

Paleo breakfast recipes

Ingredients:

  • One tablespoon butter(or if you use a non-stick skillet ,you need two tablespoons of butter ).

  • Two large eggs.

  • Three or four cooked shrimp (that means decocted) and chopped it roughly.

  • 1/3 cup grated cheese.

  • ½ red ripe tomato that is diced.

  • ¼ ripe avocado that is also diced.

  • One tablespoon chopped cilantro(it is optional).

  • Sea salt.

  • Freshly ground black pepper.

Tips: If you want to cook this paleo breakfast for more than one person, you can make multiple two egg omelets and keep the finished one on warmed plates in a 200° Fahrenheit(200°F) oven until ready to serve.

N.B : Large avocados are suggested for this paleo breakfast recipe. It means average weight would be about 8 ounces. If you use smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.

How to prepare this paleo breakfast recipe:

It is easy to make but always you must conscious to make it. Now, we discuss about the processing of avocado and shrimp omelet for our paleo breakfast.

  • At first, you prepare shrimp, tomato, avocado, cheese and cilantro for cooking. Then place the serving plate in the oven at 200° Fahrenheit(200°F) to warm.

  • In a small or medium bowl we take toss tomato, avocado and optional cilantro. For making  tasty we then mix salt and pepper.

  • In a small bowl beat the eggs just until the whites and yolks are combined but is need not to enough to become frothy.

  • Then over medium-high heat, melt butter in a 6 to 8 inch skillet until just after  it bubbles but does not brown in color. Tilt the skillet to spread butter evenly around and up sides.

  • Then we pour the eggs in the hot skillet , tilting and shaking the pan gently with one hand and with the other hand stirring the eggs gently with a regular fork held flat.

  • When the eggs begin to firm up then add the shrimp and cheese in a line along the third center of the omelet.

  • Instantly we use the fork to fold one side then the other up over the center filling, roll it into a loose cylinder by using tilting the pan.

  • Then cook another 10 to 30 seconds that depends on how brown you prefer the bottom (by lifting a corner check for brownness).

Slide the shrimp and avocado omelet onto a warmed plate, keep top with tomato avocado mixture and serve it to your family and others. Repeat for second omelet.
